Responsibilities:
- To specify the general policies for the institute.
- To provide and approve the executive regulations and guidelines for the different sections in the institute.
- To review and approve the strategic plans in the field of higher education.
- To provide the different reports based on the approved strategic plans in the field of higher education for the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology in IRAN.
- To review and approve the scientific programs, research and publications in the institute.
- To evaluate the research activities in the institute.
- To specify the standards in order to from the scientific seminars and conferences in the field of higher education.
