    Vision and Mission

    Our Background
    The institute for research and planning in higher education (IRPHE) was established in 1990. IRPHE as a Think Tank of higher education organized their activities in line with mandate, mission and goals of Ministry of Science, Research and Technology and satisfaction of all stakeholders in higher education.

    Vision
    IRPHE is a dynamic, responsive and leading organization in theorizing, modeling and design of advanced system proportional to Iranian society and culture in the field of planning in higher education in regional level.

    Mission Statement
    IRPHE as the only research center of higher education in line with the policies framework of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran, designs and develops nationwide research projects in the field of higher education, production and promotion of knowledge of higher education, policy research and planning, evaluation, innovation and training of human resources .
