- To investigate higher education required knowledge, attitudes and professions related to the management of higher education
- To study and recommend appropriate educational programs in order to train people according to societal needs for knowledge, attitudes and talents.
- To consider universities and higher education centers financial and administrative problems and issues.
- To study the existing human resources and recommend how to improve them.
- To prepare and conduct research proposals related to educational bylaws and regulations.
- To consider and recommend seminars and conferences to enhance higher education mangers capabilities.
- To consider, recommend and conduct related proposals.
