The third workshop on “Graduates Trace Study” was held by the research team members at Institute for Research and Planning in Higher Education

This workshop was held on December 31, 2019, and the directors of educational and graduates and entrepreneurship offices from 17 Iranian universities were participated. At first, Miss. Maasumeh Gharun, deputy director of management development and resources of the institute and project manager, explained the theoretical issues and worldwide experiences of the survey of the employment status of graduates; then she explained the history of surveying the employment status of graduates in Iran. At the final session, Mr. Iman Jebeli, IT expert of the institute, explained the registering process in the “IRANTRACE Network” and using the educational content and technical services which would be provided for universities representatives. Finally, Mr. Hojjat Alaei, another member of research team, illustrated some of the results of tracking in national data bases and also the independent surveys of universities by online questionnaires in the Tableau interfaces. The final part of the workshop was dedicated to the questions and answers of the participants.
