In addition to the overall goal, to stablish a conceptual framework, the following goals also achieved:
- Intoducing statistical centers and databases gathering employment and unemployment data of higher education graduates.
- Identifying critical bottlenecks for tracking graduates.
- Performing comparative studies and international comparisons of similar projects in other countries.
- Draw a road map and the steps for tracking studies.
- To conduct a pilot study on the status of graduates employment or unemployment.
Conceptual framework was developed in five special meeting with participates from universities and the related agencies, organizations and experts, referring to the international experiences. In this manner the main bottlenecks for tracking, the colleagues and organizations position, the method of gathering data (questionnaire or exchange between statistical databases, selection of variables and statistical fields) were determined.
