Association for Research and Higher Education, Ministry of Planning, Research and Technology
Introduction: Higher Education Research and Planning, dated 03.16.1991, which permits the Council of Higher Education, Ministry of Science, Research and Technology to study and propose policy planning, formulation and implementation of evaluation system of higher education has been established, the objectives of this Act, the functions and organization of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology (adopted 08.08.2004), the provisions of this constitution, laws, rules and regulations of the department. The Statute of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology for short "the Ministry" and the institution of higher education research and planning for short, "the Institute" is called.
Article 1 - Objectives
1 - grounds for security purposes and missions, "the Ministry"
2 - the development of policy and planning in the country's higher education system
3 - grounds for promotion of research activities related to Article
Article 2 - Duties and powers
1 - reviewing and identifying research needs and policy planning in the higher education system
2 - The basic research projects, applications and development in order to achieve company goals
3 - provide the necessary facilities and research activities associated with
4 - Research collaboration with universities and research institutes home and abroad in order to improve the quality of research activities in the field of higher education policy and planning in accordance with relevant laws and regulations
5 - Providing consulting services to individuals and legal persons based on scientific and research activities conducted
6 - publishing magazines, books, scientific, educational pamphlets, producing software and computer programs to suit the purposes of the Rules and Regulations
7 - The research findings presented at scientific conferences and workshops with the rules and regulations
8 - Comparative studies of the future and think about issues and systems of higher education
9 - Assessment of policies, programs and practices designed to help higher education system and providing new solutions
10 - Research on land preparation, development and management of human resources and capacities of the higher education sector
11 - Research on teaching methods and curriculum planning and application of information technology in higher education
12 - Research on methods of financing higher education sector in the provision and management
13 - Research on higher education planning and management at the micro and macro levels
14 - Research on the design of appropriate infrastructure and systems to improve the quality of inputs, processes and outputs of higher education
15 - Strengthening of interdisciplinary research in areas of higher education and linking it with other areas of science and technology
16 - Developing and monitoring indicators of higher education and providing strategies and solutions for enhancing the quality of higher education
17 - Participation in national higher education development plan 18 - database creation and management of higher education, data collection, analysis and preparation of statistical reports
